JiliWins Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JiliWins. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JiliWins platform, including the website at jiliwins.net, all associated mobile applications, and any related services we provide. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on JiliWins, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the JiliWins platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. JiliWins reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice, though changes will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To use the JiliWins platform and participate in any form of real-money gaming, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of the Philippines, or be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of JiliWins or any of its affiliates, partner studios, or game suppliers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or voluntary exclusion programme, whether managed by JiliWins or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

JiliWins conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to be registered by a person below the minimum age will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited will be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

03 Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on JiliWins. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid government-issued identification, and current contact details. JiliWins may at any time request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or source of funds as part of our ongoing KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

Acceptable identification documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine passport
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• Social Security System (SSS) ID or UMID

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes requested by JiliWins may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JiliWins are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

Deposits are generally credited to your JiliWins account instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. JiliWins does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take between a few minutes and up to three (3) business days to process depending on the method selected and the completeness of your KYC documentation. JiliWins reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

JiliWins offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are detailed on the Promotions page and in the offer's individual terms. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and any other conditions attached.

General bonus rules that apply across all JiliWins promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash winnings.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Unused or unwagered bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period and will be removed from your account without compensation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for cash directly, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• JiliWins reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if it suspects abuse, technical errors, or violations of these Terms.
• Players who use multiple accounts or coordinate bets to exploit bonuses will have their bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

06 Betting Rules and Accepted Wagers

JiliWins offers a wide range of gaming products including card games, live casino, sports betting, virtual sports, and esports betting. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

All bets are final once confirmed. JiliWins does not allow the cancellation of accepted bets except in circumstances where a game or event is voided due to technical error, cancellation, or other qualifying exceptional circumstances as determined by JiliWins at its sole discretion.

JiliWins reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds or pricing due to system errors. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to your account balance. Winnings generated from obvious errors in odds will not be honoured.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JiliWins platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or exploitation of inside information in sports or esports betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime as defined under Philippine law.
• Registering more than one account for any individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the JiliWins platform.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

JiliWins cooperates fully with the Philippine National Police, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other relevant government authorities in the investigation and prosecution of any suspected illegal activity.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

JiliWins reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so to comply with applicable regulations or court orders.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be withheld pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse, those funds will be forfeited.

Players may also request voluntary account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completing necessary checks.

09 Privacy and Personal Data

11 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the JiliWins platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
